Contributions to Mike Minogue for Governor are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $1,000 per calendar year to Mike Minogue for Governor. Registered lobbyists may contribute up to $200 per calendar year. A PAC may contribute up to $500 per calendar year. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, other business entities (LLCs and partnerships), out-of-state PACs, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Massachusetts law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, residential address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
