This is your official Caucus Meeting Notice for the Halifax Republican Town Committee.
The purpose of this caucus is for electing delegates for the MassGOP April 25th Convention.

The meet and greet will be 6 to 7:00pm

We will be asking our regular Halifax RTC members to cast ballots to fill the delegate positions allocated to us.
Only those regular Halifax RTC members present at the meeting will be able to cast a vote, as proxy voting is not allowed.
Although only our regular members will be allowed to vote.
Our Associate members and any others are welcome to attend, including those who are eligible and wish to become a delegate.
Delegate candidates are not required to be present at the meeting; however, I would recommend being there!
Elected Delegates’ contact information will be required: name, address, email and cell in order for the Halifax RTC to enter their information into the Delegate Website Portal immediately following the caucus. If you are an elected delegate and do not attend the meeting I will reach out to you individually to confirm your contact information.
The Delegate fee for the convention is $150.
