Young Republican Spotlight
Alex Hagerty – A Voice for Revival in Massachusetts
For Alex Hagerty, the MAGOP is positioned to see massive movement; but he knows the energy
and perspective of his generation is needed now more than ever to drive the direction. To him,
Massachusetts is a true home for freedom-loving patriots who believe in the promise of
America. “I firmly believe the newer generations of MA Republicans are going to save our
Commonwealth from the Democrat Supermajority.” Alex declares. That conviction fuels his work
in expanding social media engagement and college campus outreach where he sees so much
opportunity for renewal.
The Norfolk & Plymouth district that Alex calls home is a unique political beast; Politically
independent, it is filled with hardworking men and women who embrace conservative values
rooted in family, community, and personal responsibility. From Abington and Braintree to
Hanover, Holbrook, Rockland, and Quincy, Alex sees the same spirit of patriotism and
determination that has always fueled America’s progress. These are the people he is committed
to serving—and mobilizing—for the future of the Commonwealth.
Alex draws strength from the example of Republican leaders in his region. He points to State
Representatives Alyson Sullivan-Almeida and David DeCoste, and Quincy City Councilor Ian
Cain, as proof of what can be accomplished when Republicans lead with transparency,
accountability, and common sense. “They faithfully fight for affordability and opportunity every
day in office,” Alex notes. He believes Massachusetts needs more leaders of their character, not
just in Boston, but also on city councils, school committees, and local boards where decisions
shape daily life.
But Alex’s vision goes beyond applauding today’s leaders—it’s about building tomorrow’s
movement. Looking ahead to 2025 and 2026, his priority is clear: register new Republican
voters across Massachusetts. He knows that the GOP has a winning message, rooted in
freedom, prosperity, and the pursuit of the American Dream. The challenge, he says, is making
sure every neighborhood hears it. “We need to be better communicators of it in the Bay State
and we need to be promoting it to every neighborhood,” Alex emphasizes.
This call is not just about numbers on a voter roll. For Alex, it is about revival—about awakening
the spirit of Massachusetts Rebels and showing the Commonwealth that there is a better way
forward. It is about uniting around principles that have stood the test of time, and about offering
hope to families who want affordability, opportunity, and a government that works for them, not
against them.
In Alex Hagerty, the Republican Party has a young leader who is bold enough to speak of
revival, and determined enough to work for it. His energy is contagious, his vision is clear, and
his belief in Massachusetts Republicans is unwavering. The path ahead will not be easy—but
Alex knows, and reminds us all, that the Republican Party has never been stronger when it
remembers its roots and rallies around its people.
