Healey’s Problematic Eversource Donations

Healey Received 14 Eversouce Donations Since Sept. 10

BOSTON — Untimely contributions can be problematic for Maura Healey during the final two months of an election.

According to records from the Office of Campaign and Political Finance (OCPF), Maura Healey has taken almost $50,000 in campaign donations from Eversource Employees. According to OCPF:

This includes 14 donations since September 10th, while consumer rates continue to skyrocket.

These recent 14 donations are from their President (2), Vice Presidents, CFO, Government Affairs agent, Community Relations agent, a utility executive, their Energy Executive, Operations manager, an Engineer, and their Attorney.

“It is clear that Eversource wants keep Maura Healey in office, which makes for a troubling pattern of contributions three weeks before an election,” said Amy Carnevale, Chairwoman for the Massachusetts Republican Party.
