guidance on compliance

Boston, MA  – Today, the Senate Republican Caucus sent the attached letter to the Senate President requesting that she put forward a formal Senate order seeking an advisory opinion from the Supreme Judicial Court to effectively resolve any remaining issues regarding the legislature’s obligation to comply with the audit that was overwhelmingly approved by voters in the November 2024 election.
