SUMMARY:Sandwich Republican Town Committee Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The next SRTC (Sandwich Republican Town Committee) meeting will be held on Monday\, September 15\, 2025\, at JD Burgers\, located at 280 Route 130 Sandwich\, MA 02563. The social hour will be from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm where we can order drinks and food items from the menu\, socialize and network. The official meeting will start at 6:30pm. \n  \nSome of the topics for discussion will include the $60 million Town of Sandwich DPW / Fire Station project\, Barnstable County’s proposed 2% luxury tax for home sales $2 million and over\, H.56 Municipal Empowerment Act allowing towns (Sandwich) to increase hotel\, meals and excise taxes\, the voter ID initiative petition\, and of-course helping republican candidates win elections as well as other topics. We appreciate JD Burgers hosting us as they do not charge for the use of the room\, so let’s support them by ordering food and or drinks from the menu!
